A new line in distribution

 MJ Games will now be distributed by Asmodee US; they will be available all across the country in all stores that distribute to.  MJ Games is a new publisher specialized in card games. The line is presently made up of 6 games with 2 additions planned for 2010.


Shashawa is a game of speed, fun and rhythm involving the simultaneous passing of cards between players. Players must be quick to find water sources, for there is never quite enough to go around... Victory goes to the one with the quickest hands. Action guaranteed! 

For 4 to 12 players, 5 years and over. 




Inspired by the traditional game of Scopa, Shokoba is a fun and fast-paced card game. Use your tactical skill to win gems by collecting the most of each type of jewel. Simple to learn and quick to play, Shokoba's addictive game play will keep you coming back for more.
For 2 to 4 players, 8 years and over.




Miam is a fun, family-friendly game of memory and strategy. With elegant design and simple rules, it is as appealing for adults as for children. Exercise your memory to find matching foods, while employing your clever tactical abilities to fetch the highest price! This is a tasty delight to be enjoyed with family and friends... indulge yourself, it's calorie-free!
For 3 to 5 players, 8 years and over. 




Katas is designed for the true card game aficionado. Fun and strategic, it embroils four players, in two teams of two, in an intense struggle for victory. To start each round, the players bid to decide the attacking team, the trump and the target number of points. Next, the hand plays out in 12 turns, during which the defending team will do its utmost to prevent the attackers from accomplishing their goals. Though the structure is classic, the rules are unique and exceptionally well-balanced. For exactly 4 players, 12 years and over.

Eye For An Eye is a quick and easy game designed to have you howling with laughter. A single game is short, but you'll find it hard to stop yourself from playing again and again; If you're not careful, your whole evening might disappear in the blink of an eye! Each player starts the game with a secret personality card, determining if they are a Druid or an Ovate. The Druids seek to hypnotise the Ovates without being noticed. Hypnosis is achieved by a rapid and discreet wink of the eye. The Ovates, meanwhile, seek to unmask the Druids. For each game, there is a loser... and for each loser, a terrible test. For 5 to 21 players, 12 years and over.
