GenCon 2011

Over 35000 attendees were at GenCon to celebrate the "4 best days of gaming" with us.

The largest American gaming conventions is over, leaving us again with tons of games played, no sleep at all, lots of comments from fans, and many questions, interviews, podcasts and more.

We had 12 demo tables, featuring a giant 7 Wonders, Jungle Speed, Dixit, Dungeon Twister: Prison, Claustrophobia, Dice Town, Felinia, Ghost Stories, Tikal II and Skull & Roses. Also among the games we had available for demos were Formula D, Double Agent, Expedition Altiplano, Mister Jack Pocket, Sobek, Jaipur, Identik and many more.

That alone was enough to make a great convention, but we had more.

-We had the 7 Wonders: Leaders and Dice Town expansion for the first time at GenCon.

-Dixit and 7 Wonders, the last two winners of the Game of the Year award. Having games like these can only mean one thing: the convention will be busy, and it will be awesome. OK, that's two things.

-We had prototypes of EVO and Quebec, and for the first time in the USA gamers had the chance to try some of our future releases, such as Mundus Novus, Takenoko, Black Secrets, De Profundis and Timeline.

There are so many more things to say about Gencon, but only one wish - to see you next year in Indianapolis for Gencon 2012. We will be there, and once again have more demos, news, contests and everything to bring a smile to your face before the end of the convention.

Thanks to all the people who came visit our booth, and see you in 2012 for another "4 best days of gaming".
